1986 Piper Malibu, N352HA

This fantastic Malibu belongs to one of our customers and has recent paint and interior as of December 2005.  In October we completed a very extensive annual inspection, IFR certification and complete TSIO-550 engine overhaul.  A lot of preventative maintenance has been completed in addition to the engine replacement.  Overhauled alternators, nose gear actuator, hydraulic pump seals, new air filter, dual vacuum pump upgrade and much more.  This plane has electric flaps, Gar Kenyon hydraulics, 550 engine, 4-blade prop, Skytech heated windshield, known ice capability, Spoilers, RAM cooling mod,  Avidyne EX-500 MFD, Dual KLN-90B IFR GPSs, KFC-150 Autopilot with Altitude pre-select.  This is a great plane that is well maintained for a lot of trouble-free flying at a great price.

1986 Piper Malibu, N9281Y

This is a very fine example of a 1986 Malibu with Gar-Kenyon Hydraulics and electric flaps.  It is very well equipped, has a low time M-5 conversion with factory remanufactured TSIO-550 engine, Hartzell composite 3-blade propeller and cooling kit, including our dual vacuum pump upgrade.  If you are a tall pilot, the pilot's seat has been modified to give greater leg and head room.  The paint is original, but in exceptional condition, the interior was redone approximately 9 years ago by AirOvation in Minneapolis and still looks remarkable with plush cream leather and black carpet with rich patterened fabric sidewalls and matching pillows.  This plane is ready to fly with no major maintenance expected for a long time and the avionics are very well upgraded.  Note that this plane has no co-pilot instruments and is very lightweight to give maximum useful load.  If you're looking for that perfect -310P Malibu, this just may be the one for you.
