Ketti Menne
President

Ketti is co-founder and President of Malibu Aerospace. Ketti is a 2000 graduate of the University of Minnesota and has been a teacher and an HR professional, but has a new found love for aircraft. As Malibu Aerospace's President, Ketti is commited to ensuring that we provide products and a level of service that are of the best quality, efficiency and safety.
Chad Menne
Sales and Engineering

Chad is Vice President of New Product Development for Malibu Aerospace as well as serves as program manager, design engineer, experimental test pilot and has over 6700 logged hours with over 5000 hours in the Malibu, Mirage, Meridian and JetPROP.
Given his extensive background in the PA46, Chad has been able to identify areas that need improvement and, with the help of the Malibu Aerospace staff, design many improvements for aircraft safety and performance. These improvements range from engine cooling, vacuum system, electrical system and cabin electronics, to composite propellers, FADEC engines and integrated EFIS avionics.
With unconventional application of outside-the-industry concepts and tools, Chad and his team's innovations within the aircraft industry are the up and coming ideas of the future. Chad is very excited to answer any questions you have regarding the PA46, or how we can help you with your special aircraft design project.

Nathan Atkinson
Technical and Installation Services

Nathan spent six years in the Marine Corps as a helicopter and turbine engine mechanic. His duties included overhauling helicopter power plants and systems, operating the engine test cell, working with blade and rotor systems and supporting AV-8B Harrier power plant installations.
Nathan moved back to Minnesota and worked at Northland Aircraft Services for three years prior to joining Malibu Aerospace in 2003. Nathan serves as the chief mechanic and installation / tech-support representative where he specializes in maintaining all of the PA46 derivatives and prototyping new aircraft designs.
Nathan is a TCM/Aerosance FADEC integration expert and a top-notch aircraft mechanic with an eye for detail. If you have a question about a PA46, Nathan has the answer.
Dan Degnan
Drafting Manager

Dan has over 12 years experience in drafting, design, and project management, using various computer modeling and management program tools. Dan is Malibu Aerospace's drafting manager and specializes in the latest Solidworks, CadKey and Autocad programs.

Kevin Olson
Corporate Flight Operations/Test Pilot

Kevin serves as a test pilot for Malibu Aerospace and in our corporate fight operations, flying our Malibu and JetProp. Kevin has nearly 5000 flight hours, is a Certified Flight Instructor, NAFI Master Instructor, FAA Gold Seal Instructor and an active Cirrus Standardized Instructor.
Prior to his career as a professional pilot, Kevin spent more than 20 years as a manager in a highly customer oriented business. That experience taught him the importance of providing a quality product and consistent customer service. Kevin believes that customers expect to receive good value for their money. In most cases, however, it's not enough to just "satisfy" customers. Successful businesses focus on delighting their customers and giving them more than they expect.

Tom Leppke-Hennig
Electrical Design

Tom spent five years in production and 12 years in the Engineering Department at a computer hardware repair company before joining the team at Malibu Aerospace in June of 2006. Tom leads our electrical design and test programs and is proficient in using AutoCad for electrical system schematics.
Tom has a Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering and is an instrument rated commercial pilot. Tom is currently working on his flight instructor certificate.
Will Swanson
Structural Design

Will assists our DERs in structural design and analysis. He graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson with a BS in mechanical engineering. Will has performed the structural analysis and design work for the new engine mount that is part of the M6 FADEC project. He uses Solidworks for 3-D modeling and Cosmos for FEA,(finite element analysis), of the engine mount structure. Will has also won an "innovator award" for his work on the engine mount design.
Our DERs and DARs
Malibu Aerospace contracts with a number of very experienced FAA DERs (Designated Engineering Representatives) to meet the needs of each project. This helps us complete projects with great efficiency and quality.
