M6 FADEC

Of course the M-6 Malibu project is our biggest project to-date, but Malibu Aerospace has a history of tackling difficult design and engineering issues and finding creative, usable solutions. 


LED Landing & Taxi Lights

Malibu Aerospace is pioneering the development of Ultra High Intensity LED Landing Lights for your PA46!  Many years ago we were quite happy to get an upgrade to HID, but there was still the problems with a very inefficient parabolic reflector and while light output was increased, it still isn't optimum.  Now we have been working with leading LED and optic manufacturers in Australia to develop a great solution for the Malibu, Mirage, Meridian and in the future, other aircraft.  Our current prototype unit is putting out considerably more light than the current HID upgrade that is available.  Check out the L46-T page for more information and updates.


Data Acquisition (DAQ)

Malibu Aerospace has designed and produced a number of highly successful data acquisition systems that have allowed our technical staff to collect, organize, evaluate and present complex data for our various aviation projects.  With this experience, we are well prepared to work with other aviation equipment integrators to accomplish the same great results.


Electrical System Design

Our management and technical staff have a depth of knowledge and experience in designing, developing and literally building complex electrical systems to meet the strict requirements of the aviation industry.  These systems and their logic have been well accepted by the FAA and other industry professionals.


FADEC

While the FADEC integration into the PA46 aircraft has been a major project for Malibu Aerospace, we are well aware of  FADEC’s potential in other airframes.  If you have been considering the possibilities FADEC for your aircraft, please contact M.A..


Aircraft Interior Component Design

Malibu Aerospace has designed, built and installed several unique/custom interior cabinets for PA46 aircraft.  We have developed a system for testing and receiving the necessary approvals for single or multiple installations.  If you’d like to discuss this possibility for your aircraft, please contact M.A..
